SMT resistors provide low TCRs

The SMR1DZ and SMR3DZ molded SMT resistors provide a low typical TCR of ±0.05 ppm/°C from 0° to 60°C and ±0.2 ppm/°C from –55° to 125C. Specifications include PCR of ±5 ppm at rated power, tolerances to ±0.01%, and a load life stability of 0.005%. The SMR1DZ features a power rating of 250 mW at 70°C, while the SMR3DZ is rated at 600 mW.

Built on the company’s Z- foil technology, the ultra-high-precision resistors feature flexible terminations to ensure minimal stress transference from the PCB. Resistances range from 5 Ω to 80 kΩ, current noise is less than –40 dB, and thermal EMF is 0.05 µV/°C. (From less than $5—4 to 6 weeks ARO.)
