Sockets accept any pitch down to 0.5 mm

The pogo-pinbased ET 2300 socket system operates to 23 GHz with 1 dB of insertion loss and allows users to test and debug any BGA, QFN, or other custom packages with lead pitches down to 0.5 mm. Available in compression-mount, surface-mount, and through-hole designs, the system features interchangeable Easy Screw and Easy Knob retention systems, provides for die probing, and has a built-in pressure plate.
