The CX20662 and CX20663 audio processor SoCs target mono and stereo speakerphone applications. The ICs integrate a DSP with line echo suppression, dual audio codecs, a programmable microphone boost, and a 1.2-W Class D amplifier.
The 40- and 48-pin QFN-packaged SPoCs can operate without an external microcontroller. They provide a microphone noise reduction filter, voice activity detection, speech-trained acoustic echo cancellation, and fast convergence trained from half duplex to full duplex.
