Two software tools, Intel System Studio and the Intel Firmware Support Package are available to support the Intelligent Systems Framework – a set of interoperable specifications for Intel CPUs and SoCs that address connecting, managing, and securing intelligent devices in a consistent manner.
System Studio integrates multiple tools into a package with powerful system and application debuggers to help get systems running, a memory and thread error checker to strengthen reliability, and code optimization tools that can boost power efficiency and performance.
The Firmware Support Package provides low-level CPU, chipset, and memory firmware initialization capability using a standardized interface. It can be easily integrated into any boot loader of the developer's choice, including open source firmware. The price for a System Studio single user license is $3,499 and Firmware Support Package and the Intel Intelligent Systems Framework are free of charge.
