The Parallel Nsight software development environment for GPU-accelerated applications works with Microsoft Visual Studio. The software delivers the DirectX 11 tools required by graphics developers and makes leveraging and debugging GPUs easy and accessible and Visual Studio developers can now use Parallel Nsight to debug CUDA C/C++, or DirectCompute applications on the GPU.
The package provides several specific features for graphics developers, including Graphics Debugger for debuging of all HLSL graphics shaders directly on the GPU. Graphics Inspector that allows RT examination of DirectX rendering calls and GPU pipeline states and Nsight Analyzer that presents OpenGL API trace information on a timeline correlated with other GPU and CPU events.
