Software simplifies load harmonic measurements

Now available with DAPtools Standard software, the Wave Synchronization Module provides a real-time, software-oriented way to align data streams to the local power-system frequency. This can significantly improve load harmonic measurements by avoiding data corruption caused by sampling-rate misalignment or power-frequency drift.

The software runs on xDAP data acquisition systems and is hosted by the DAPL 3000 embedded operating system, included with the DAPtools Software. The Wave Synchronization Module is available now, at a one-time license fee of $195 for the DAPtools Standard package with the Wave Synchronization Module.
