SOG array family also characterized at 3.3 V
The CMOS-8 channelless array family has double- and triple-metal options.
A 5-V process, it is also characterized at 3.3 V. 24-mA output buffers
drive some buses directly. Single and dual-port RAMs with BIST are
available. Raw-gate sizes from 10 to 100,000 have usable counts from 6,500
to 75,000. Internal delay is 200 ps. Packaging options range from 80 to
304 pins in PQFPs, and 72 to 364 in PGAs. (40K raw-gate device, $30 ea/10,
