The SiliconDrive II USB Blade (SSD-04GU-4120) 4-Gbyte solid-state disk drive comes in a small-form-factor package and targets embedded systems. It features a USB interface, with optional SD, MMC, and SATA connection.

The 20.8 x 24.3-mm device has an MTBF of 4,000,000 hours and reads and writes at 10 Mbytes/s. The drive takes 110 mA max at 5 V while active and 500 µA max in standby. ($90 ea/OEM qty — available now.)
