An optically coupled solid-state relay, the CPC 1977J blocks voltages up to 600 V, and offers a load-current-handling capability as high as 4 A. The 1-Form-A relay provides a thermal resistance of 0.45°C/W from junction to heat sink.
The device is housed in the IXYS i4-PAC package. On-resistance is 1 W . ($5.25 ea/10,000�12 weeks ARO.)
