The VO14642AT 1 Form A solid-state relay offers a typical switching speed of 800 µs and an on-resistance of 0.25 Ω to suit a variety of test and measurement and industrial applications. Rated for a 2-A dc maximum load current, the relay features a load voltage of 60 V.
