With an input drive as low as 2 mA and switching speeds of less than 0.5 ms, the ASSR-301C/302C and ASSR-401C/402C solid-state-relays suit sensing and multiplexing applications. The relays provide off-state capacitance of less than 15 pF and off-state leakage of less than 10 nA.
With an operating temperature range of 40 to 85C and a transient immunity greater than 1 kV/µs, the ASSR-301C and ASSR-401C are single-channel 1 Form A relays in an SO4 package, while the ASSR-302C and ASSR-402C are dual-channel 2 Form A relays in a standard DIP8 footprint.
