There are many devices out in the world of technology that are able to track your sleep cycle to help you improve your health decisions.Sony has for sure surpassed all those devices when it comes to actigraphy and its new newly patented smart pillow. There are no annoying glue and wires that get tangled when you sleep; instead electrodes and sensors are embedded into the pillow.It works by tracking the brain waves of the sleeper and implements various alarms that go off when the sleeper comes out from REM sleep.The alarm can be either selected as a buzzer, a flashing light, or a bed-shaking motor.
