SPDT RF switches boost power handling

Supporting 2.4 to 6-GHz Wi-Fi access points and video-over-wireless applications, the uPG2415T6X and uPG2415TK GaAs MMIC SPDT switches have 4 to 6-dB higher power-handling capability compared to standard Wi-Fi switch ICs.

Measuring 1.5 x 1.5 x 0.37 mm, the uPG2415T6X at 3 V and 6 GHz typ, offers an insertion loss of 0.55 dB, an isolation of 26 dB, and an input P0.1dB of 31 dBm/P1dB of 35 dBm. Measuring 1.5 x 1.1 x 0.55 mm, the uPG2415TK offers an insertion loss of 0.65 dB, an isolation of 26 dB, and an input P0.1dB of 31 dBm/P1dB of 34 dBm.(Eea/100,000: uPG2415T6X, $0.39; uPG2415TK, $0.38 available now.)
