The SST25PF020B, SST25PF040B and SST25PF080 2-, 4- and 8-Mbit SPI flash memories feature an extended operating voltage range from 2.3 to 3.6 V. The devices come in 8-lead SOIC (150 mils), 8-lead SOIC (200 mils), and 8-contact WSON (6 x 5 mm) packages.
The 8-Mbit device has an active read current of 10 mA and a standby current of 5 μA (typical).The memory is partitioned into uniform 4 Kbyte sectors. Chip-erase time is 35 ms, and byte-program time is 7 μs and the top clock frequency is 80 MHz (2.7-3.6 V) and 50 MHz (2.3-2.7 V). (from $0.53 to $0.81 ea/10,000 – available now.)
