SS disk drives have SLC, MCL versions

The SSD25 solid-state disk drives have capacities from 32 to 256 Gbytes and come in SLC and MCL versions. The drives have a 3-Gbit/s SATA interface.

The 2.5-in. form factor drives operate at 0° to 70°C (commercial) and –40° to 85°C (industrial) and have typical read/write speeds of 230/180 Mbytes/s. They have a 64 Mbyte DRAM buffer and a 1-million-hour MTBF. Seven models are available. (32 GB-MLC, $159; 32 GB-SLC, $392; 256 GB-MLC, $834 — available now.)
