The M5S series of 2.5 inch solid-state disk drives with True Speed firmware feature sequential read/write speeds up to 520/390 Mbytes/s and random read/write IOPS up to 73,000/70,000. The drives have a 6 Gbit/s SATA 3 interface and capacities of 64, 128, and 256 Gbytes.
The SSDs feature consistent performance when working with non-compressible data such as encoded video, MP3 audio, or JPG images. Power consumption is 0.7 W idle and 2.8 W active, typical.
