The StorFly XE type of high-endurance industrial solid-state disk drives use a new grade of MLC flash that provides up to seven times greater read/write endurance over standard MLC versions. StorFly drives are available in 2.5 or 1.8 inch, Slim SATA, mSATA, M.2, and CFast formats.
All versions come in three classes: CE (Good), this new XE (Better), and PE (SLC, Best). The XE versions come in 16 to 480 Gbyte capacities and operate over -40º to 85ºC. All versions have vtGuard for added power-fail protection against data loss and vtSecure security features.
