SSD modules have 2 to 32-Gbyte capacity

The Xceed iSATA embedded solid-state drive modules feature a four-channel flash interface and capacities ranging from 2 to 32 Gbytes. The modules use SLC NAND, advanced error detection/correction, and static wear-leveling algorithms.

Measuring just 55.9 x 30.5 mm with a height of 11.38 or 12.01 mm, the modules use a standard 22-pin SATA connector and have up to 55-Mbyte/s sustained write and 86-Mbyte/s sustained read speeds. It runs on 5 Vdc and has typical power consumption of 0.875 W. ($50 to $594 ea/OEM qty — available now.)
