The MasterDrive RX solid-state disk drive comes in capacities up to 512 Gbytes and with a maximum sequential read speed of 230 Mbytes/s and write speed of 160 Mbytes/s. The drives also come in a SLC flash versions, with 128- and 256-Gbyte densities, rated for a maximum sequential read speed of 230 Mbytes/s and write speed of 200 Mbytes/s.
