The 480D25E and 480D45E are 480-V 25-A and 480-V 45-A solid-state relays, respectively, with square terminals for secure termination. The devices feature a transient voltage protection of 1,200 V (peak) repetitive, as well as 4,000 V isolation. The devices have zero-voltage turn on, built-in snubber, and a rugged encapsulated body with die-cast mounting base. The operating temperature range is -40 ° to 100 °C.
