The series 51 stop switch is ideal for space-sensitive applications often found within medical diagnostic equipment, handheld pendants and devices, machine and process control, and instrumentation. The compact design results in a slight back-panel-depth of just 18.8 mm.
The series uses a standard 16-mm mounting hole and offers user benefits that include a visible actuation status ring. This ring further enhances ease-of-operation by providing quick indication of their actuated state at all times.
They are sealed to IP65 standards and have been tested beyond 100,000 actuations. Actuating force is 4 to 6 N, depending on the switching element. The part meets UL, CSA, CE, EN 61058-1, and RoHS environmental requirements. (Contact company for pricing — available now.)
