The Si4460/Si4463 next-generation sub-GHz band wireless transceiver ICs offer design flexibility and 50 nA standby current. They support a variety of protocols including IEEE 802.15.4/4g, Wireless M-Bus, and Wi-SUN and handle 142-1050 MHz with 13 or 20 db output power.
The ICs use a single 1.8 to 3.6 V supply and take 10/13 mA in RX, and 18 mA in TX at +10 dBm. Receive sensitivity is –126 dBm, typical, with 60 dB adjacent channel selectivity. They come in a 20-Pin QFN package. The SI4460 (for example) is approximately $2.08 ea/1,000.
