The HMC798LC4 subharmonically pumped (x2) MMIC mixer integrates an LO amplifier and is specified for operation from 24 to 34 GHz. It exhibits up to 22 dBm input IP3, and a wide IF bandwidth spanning dc to 3 GHz.
In addition, the mixer provides an 2LO to RF isolation of 30 dB, which eliminates the need for additional filtering. Operating with a nominal 4-dBm drive requirement, the RF and LO ports are dc blocked and matched to 50 Ω, making the device ideal for microwave and VSAT applications. Specified for operation from –40° to 85°C, the HMC798LC4 is available in a compact RoHS compliant leadless 4 x 4-mm ceramic SMT package. ($32.21 ea/10 — samples available now.)
