Sunlight readable OLEDs suit hand-held devices

A 2.4-in. sunlight readable mono graphic OLED features a passive matrix mono graphic OLED display module that suits applications using small size LCDs. It has a total power consumption of 0.5 to 1 W, and targets hand held and battery operated application. The display module has a built-in off mode to conserve energy. The average operating lifetime at room temperature is typically 50,000 h with standard operation at 120 nits brightness.

The typical logic voltage of the sunlight readable OLED is 3.0 V with options up to 5.0 V. It is available with touch and without touch panels. The module also offers sunlight readable enhancements including special films and polarizers.
