Supercapacitors extend operating temp to 85C

The HS and HW supercapacitors feature a higher-boiling-point electrolyte that extends operating and storage temperature from 75° to 85°C, suiting devices that are exposed to high temperatures. The supercapacitors performance at up to 2.75 V in single-cell versions, and 5.5 V in dual-cell versions with two cells connected in series.

The HW features a 28.5 x 17-mm footprint and combines capacitances to 0.4 F at 5.5 V with ESRs as low as 100 mΩ at 5.5 V, while the HS features a 39 x 17-mm footprint, capacitances to 0.7 F, and ESRs as low as 55 mΩ at 5.5 V.
