Supercaps provide up to 220 F

The DLR series supercapacitors offer capacitances up to 220 F, and can go even higher in custom packs that combine multiple capacitors for combinations of higher voltage ratings or capacitance. Voltage ratings are from 2 to 2.5 WVdc, and operating temperature range is from 20 to 70C.

At 2.5 V, the capacitors are rated for 500,000 cycles at less than 30% of initial value. RoHS compliant, the supercapacitors are radial leaded and sport case diameters of 10, 12.5, 16, 18 mm. (From $1 ea/1,000—stock.)
