The DP40 external switching power supply series is an external adapter and features ITE and medical-grade (nonpatient-contact and nonpatient-critical) safety approvals. The supplies suit low-power medical, telecommunications, test and measurement, networking, and imaging applications. They are provided with 3-pin (type C14) or 2-pin (type C8) IEC320 ac-input receptacles.

The power supply series offers 12 models in six power ratings ranging from 9 to 48 Vdc with up to 40-W regulated output power. These external adapters accept a wide universal input range of 90 to 264 Vac (127 to 300 Vdc). The 3-pin versions have a safety-ground leakage current of less than 300 µA, while the 2-pin versions offer less than 100 µA. ($18 ea/prod qty available now.)
