Surface-mount DIP switch has low profile
To improve reliability, the SMG series of low-profile, surface-mount, DIP
switches combine a reduced parts count with gold-plated, bifurcated
contacts. Available with between 2 and 8 switches, the devices have a
height of 0.130 in. and stand 0.030 in. off the board. The package is
polyphenylene sulfide with a Kapton tape seal. The contact resistance is
20 milliohms with an insulation resistance of 1,000 megohms at 500 Vdc.
The switching and non-switching current and voltage ratings are 100 mA max
at 20 Vdc and 100 mA max at 20 Vdc, respectively. The operating
temperature range is -60 degrees to 100 degreesC. (Eight switches, $0.85
