Switch IC handles PCI Express Gen3

The TC7PCI3412MT four differential channel, 2:1 multiplexer-demultiplexer two-lane SPDT PCIe Gen3 (8 Gbits/s) switch features a low switch terminal on-capacitance of 1.5 pF (typ.). On-resistance (typ) is 7.5 Ω. and -3 dB bandwidth is 10 GHz (typ).

The TQFN42 packaged switch uses a 3.0 to 3.6 V and has a quiescent supply current of 800 μA with output enabled, and just 1 μA (max) disabled. The chips can also be used for high-speed differential lines, including: USB 3.0, DisplayPort 1.2 and SATA 3.0. Pricing begins at $0.60 with volume discounts available.
