Switcher comes in 3 x 5-in. package

The Cincon CFM351M series 350-W switcher is available in a 3 x 5 x 1.51-in. open-frame package. The series features active PFC and medical safety approvals. It consists of four models with main output voltages of 5, 12, 24, and 48 Vdc and auxiliary outputs of 5 V standby at 300 mA and 12-V fan at 300 mA.

All switcher power supply models feature remote on/off control, remote sense, 90 to 264 Vac input, and 89 to 93% efficiency. It also offers full-load operation to 50°C with 10-cfm airflow and up to 300-W with convection cooled operation. The series is qualified for Class B emissions and is safety approved to UL/cUL 60601-1, EN60601-1 standards. (Ea/500: 24- and 48-V versions, $119; 5- and 12-V versions, $139 — available now.)
