Switcher has power factor correction
The model PFC-555 switching supply has built-in power factor correction
to meet IEC 555-2 specifications. It produces up to 1,300 W for inputs
from 90 to 264 Vac; up to 2,600 W for inputs from 187 to 264 Vac. The
supply can operate as a front end to the company's series M unit; or used
with other switching supplies. Line and load regulation is 3%, and ripple
and noise is 30 Vp-p. Efficiency is 93%. The supply measures 3.80 x 5.05 x
