Synthesizer operates at 5,500 to 7,500 MHz

The UPN-7500 synthesizer operates from 5,500 to 7,500 MHz and is designed to withstand up to 9.26 G rms random vibration and 30 G peak pulse of shock, tested in accordance with MIL-STD-202G. Features include 5-MHz step size, less than 200-µs settling time (any frequency step), 125-MHz external reference, 3-dBm output power, and less than –90 dBc/Hz phase noise at 100 kHz.

In addition, the device consumes 115 mA typ and operates over –45° to 85°C. Housed in a 0.9 x 0.9 x 0.21-in. SMT package, the UPN-7500 is manufactured to IPC-A-610 standards.
