Synthesizer provides TTL and ECL signals
The SI-105 frequency synthesizer provides both TTL and ECL signals into a
50-ohm load over the range of 1 to 32 MHz with a resolution of 500 Hz.
Temperature stability is guaranteed to <_2b_>10 ppm over the temperature
range of 0 degrees to 50 degreesC (<_2b_>1 ppm TCXO optional). The
synthesizer measures 8.5 (W) x 3.2 (H) x 9.0 (D) in. and weighs 7 lb. It
is powered by either 115 or 230 Vac, 50/60 Hz. Options include remote
RS-232 programming, external BCD programming, external reference input and
