System design tool is improved
Version 2.5 of the ExpressV-HDL graphical design tool for system level
ASIC design supports IEEE standard MLV 9, has more built-in testability,
and is more user configurable. The tool is offered as providing design
engineers with the ability to model and simulate their ASIC and the system
it will be implemented in before they have committed to a hardware
description language or a silicon architecture. ExpressV-HDL 2.5 runs on
most standard platforms. (Single-seat price, $32,500–available now.)
