System-on-module has Freescale i.MX25 µP

The TX-STAR system-on-module (SOM) measures just 2.6 x 1.0 x 0.09 in. and uses a 400-MHz Freescale i.MX25 processor with an ARM 926E core. The module has 64 Mbytes of SDRAM, 128 Mbytes of NAND flash, and a 200-pin SODIMM connector. It operates from –45° to 85°C.

The card also has 10/100 Ethernet, high-speed USB 2.0 OTG, full-speed USB 2.0 Host, an LCD controller, a camera interface, and UART, SD-Card, I2 C, CAN, and keypad interfaces. It runs Windows CE 6.0 and Linux. ($79 — available now.)
