The LM125 is a compact system-on-module based on a high-density FPGA fabric and employes a µBlaze soft CPU core from Xilinx along with 256 Mbits of SDRAM and 512 Mbits of flash. The module supports a wide variety of standard interfaces.

The SOM has programmable clock generation, voltage regulation, and power monitoring to ease system integration.
