Tantalum polymer chip caps fit aerospace

The TCH9107M series hermetically sealed tantalum polymer chip capacitors target aerospace and other high-reliability applications. With conductive polymer electrodes they exhibit low ESR and come in 1.5 to 680 µF values  with a 10 to 100 V operating voltage.

The series was developed for a mission-critical European Space Agency application and are rated for -55º to +125ºC operation, weigh just 2.4 g, and are available in either a 11.8 x 12.5 x 5.8 mm J-lead or an under-tab termination. Tolerance is ±20% and DC leakage is  0.1 CV – other specifications have not been released yet.
