TCVCXO meets requirements for femtocell apps

The TCD4 series temperature-compensated voltage-controlled crystal oscillator (TCVCXO) provides frequency-control solutions previously performed by high power consuming OCXO’s. The series is capable of meeting the requirements for femtocell applications for stability and hold over.

The 3.3-V TCD4 Series is RoHS compliant in a 3.2 x 5-mm LCC ceramic package. Available frequencies include 16.384, 16.80, 19.2, and 26.0 MHz, with other frequencies in development. ($4 — samples available now.)
