TCVCXO offers low jitter

The THA3 series of Stratum-III temperature compensated voltage-controlled crystal oscillators (TCVCXO) provides CMOS output in voltages from 2.8 to 5.0 V in a 5 x 7-mm LCC ceramic package, with a 3.2 x 5-mm ceramic package also available. This part offers a jitter performance generically of 0.6 ps for 12 kHz to 20.0 MHz.

A number of commonly used frequencies are currently available, including 10.0, 19.2, 19.44, 20.0, and 26.0 MHz with other frequencies being developed. The series features stability of less or equal to 0.28 ppm over temperature range and 24-hour holdover of less or equal to 0.37 ppm. All parts are RoHS 6 /6 and GR-1244-CORE compliant and with control linearity in accordance with MIL-PRF-55310. ($15 ea/prod qty — available now.)
