TCXOs operate from 1.5 to 200 MHz

Operating at 3.3 V, the CTAM, CTAE, and CTAL series of programmable TSXOs are 5 x 7-mm surface-mount parts with outputs available in CMOS, LVPECL, and LVDS. Its phase noise of –100 dBc/Hz at 10-kHz offset makes these parts suitable for applications such as test equipment, industrial automation, homeland security, and instrumentation markets requiring quick production in unique customer frequencies up to 200 MHz.

Additional features include a stability of 2.5 ppm maintained over a temperature range of 30 to 75C. (CMOS version, $8.75 ea/1,000 available now.)
