Designed for use in Stratum 3 applications, GPS receivers, instrumentation, femtocell, FTTH, and FTTC, the M series TCXOs/VCTCXOs offer a frequency stability of ±0.28 ppm with Stratum 3 holdover, and ±0.50 or ±1.0 ppm. Additional features include less than 1-ps rms jitter, LVCMOS or clipped sine-wave output logic, and 2-mA power consumption at 16.384-MHz clipped sine wave.
Operating voltage is 3.3 or 5.0 V, and temperature range is from 0 to 70C or 40 to 85C. Measuring 5 x 3.2 mm, the series can hold sub-0.28-ppm holdover over multiple temperature ranges. ($5 ea/prod qty available now.)
