Iselin, NJ, August 11, 2011 – TDK-EPC Corporation, a TDK group company, has published a new data book featuring the comprehensive product range of EPCOS SMD NTC thermistors.

The data book presents detailed technical information explaining the mode of operation of the components and enables selection of suitable thermistors for specific applications.

SMD NTC thermistors for standard applications and for applications in automotive electronics are included. Among the innovation highlights are:SMD NTC thermistors qualified to AEC-Q200, Rev. D (operating temperature to 150o C) – automotive series;SMD NTC thermistors with narrow tolerances for resistance and B-values;Case size 0603: 10 kΩ ± 1%; B25/50 = K ± 1% (B25/100 = 3460/3455 K ± 1%) for standard and automotive electronics applications.
