Telecoils suit phone-compatible hearing aids
The SMD-configured TP0602 and Z-TC0602 series coils suit high-reliability and high-sensitivity applications such as hearing aids. The Z-TC0602 coil is Z-axis-designed for transmitting audio signals from mobile phones to hearing aid device. Typical inductance is 90 to 180 µH, with Rdc values between 4 and 32 Ω.
Wound with copper wire less than 25 µm (up to 0.012-mm diameter), the TP0602 offers inductance values between 40 and 170 mH and achieves a high sensitivity to magnetic field in 1 kHz.
