Designed for comprehensive profiling of heat sinks, components, and PCBs, the iQ-200 thermal analysis system simultaneously measures, at multiple points, air velocity, air pressure, and solid-material and surrounding-air temperatures. It is said to be the first laboratory instrument to simultaneously capture data from 12 J-type thermocouples, 16 air temperature/velocity sensors, and 4 differential pressure sensors, which are supplied with the system.
Solid temperature data is recorded from –40° to 750°C, air temperature from 20° to 65°C, air velocity from 0 to 6 m/s, and differential pressure from 0 to 1,034 Pa. The system connects to a PC via USB, and comes with iSTAGE software to manage multiple-sensor data and provide graphics for display and documentation. ($24,500 — available now.)
