The IDC-PCB terminal has a total height of only 2.9 mm and eliminates manual preparation of wires prior to termination in extremely miniaturized applications, such as bulbs or LED systems. The dual contact provides a reliable gas-tight connection.
Specifications includedimensions of 2.4 x 2.2 x 2.9 mm and a high current rating of 5.5 A max at 20°C. The terminals are available for AWG 24 wire (solid wire) with wire diameter of 0.5 mm and cable diameter of 0.75 mm and are shipped in tape-and-reel packaging with 5,000 pieces/tape for automated pick-and-place assembly.
