Terminal blocks handle high current
Aseries of pluggable wire-to-board terminal blocks is rated for 28 A
and accommodates wires from 12 to 30 AWG. The EL1M, EL2M, and EL3M blocks
have 0.200-in. spacing and one, two, and three tiers, respectively. All
three blocks consists of molded, two- and three-position (per level) screw-termination
modules with interlocking side ribs, which can be assembled to length without
loss of pin spacing.
The EL2M and EL3M blocks allow multiples of four or six terminations,
respectively, in segments 0.50 in. long, and multiples of six or nine terminations
in a 0.70-in. package. The terminal block housings are constructed of high-temperature polyester, while contacts are tin-plated copper alloy. The parts
