Test sockets are optimized for high Temp, current, reliability

Suited for high-temperature burn-in PC board testing, design stage component testing/evaluation, and burn-in ovens, Sullins transistor sockets, axial sockets, MOSFET sockets, and other custom test sockets operate at 250°C and can achieve a life expectancy up to 5,000 actuations. The series' current rating is up to 3 A per position.

Featuring an open, wide lead-in design, the sockets are engineered for maximum heat dissipation and easy insertion. Transistor sockets accept over 20 popular TO packages ranging from TO-3 to TO-273. Axial sockets support diodes with lead diameters of 0.015 to 0.040 in. Socket contacts have 10 to 30 µin. of gold plating and the units are also available with Kelvin contact designs and in a various materials, plating, sizes, and configurations. In lots of 100, per-piece prices start at $7.44 for transistor test sockets, $10.71 for axial, and $8.13 for MOSFET. Samples are immediately available, and delivery is from stock to 5 days.
