Test system evaluates
keyboards, membranes
When configured with the company's Model 913A keyboard
and LED test system, the Model 911A automatically
performs complete acceptance testing, quality-assurance
certification, and incoming inspection of keyboards,
keypads, and membranes. The system allows accurate
positioning of the unit under test without user intervention.
Resistance ranges of both 0 to 5,000 ohm and 0 to 50,000
ohm are provided, and key resistance is measured and
compared to preset pass-fail criteria. Options include a
variety of x-y positioning gantries and sensors to verify the
illumination, color, and brightness of LEDs. ($4,500–
