software package for multichip modules, hybrids, and pc boards. The
package can analyze a board within minutes when running on a 386SX 16-MHz
PC. Using advanced algorithms, it considers up to 12 types of power
sources and 12 types of materials. The user can assign up to 12
temperature sensors to monitor the temperature transients in time. Results
