Based on an advanced microcontroller design, CT89 series temperature chart recorders can measure the temperatures of air, gas, liquids, powders, semi-solids, and solids using the included 102-mm-long stainless-steel probe with 4.6-m cable. Readings are accurate to ±1C/±2°F.

Four versions of the recorder give customers a choice of 110 or 120-Vac operation, C or F measurement. Features include a front-panel LED temperature display, three switch-selectable temperature ranges (covering −40 to 50C or −40 to 120F depending on model), and four switch-selectable chart speeds (6 hr, 24 hr, 7 days, or 31 days). Back-up power in the form of eight AA batteries (included) supports operation during power interruptions for up to 48 hrs. ($345 available now.)
